A Classy ventilation hood is worth the expenditure. Are you
going stainless steel or black enamel? Maybe a combination
of the two will go best with your choice of countertops. Kitchen
islands can be elaborate custom-built fine cabinetry and
include a sink, granite counters, a stove-top, cabinets for
storage, a dishwasher, a warming oven, or a wine refrigerator
or simple mobile units. All these are things to know before
starting the renovation.

Now add to the luxury by heating the floor. Most of us would
rather walk in our home on a nice heated tile or wood floor, and
we can, simply by installing a radiant electric floor heating
system. May be do the bathroom floor at the same time? Do
not forget to make the lighting adjustable. You will want to be
able to turn the lights up or down as the situation dictates. Now
